Custom Basement Remodeling

This is a picture of a custom basement we remodeled for a customer. As you can see in the before pictures, the basement was an unfinished area with concrete floors and open framing ceiling. We were contacted by the homeowners to provide them with a remodeling plan. In addition to finishing the basement/family room, we added a new handicapped accessible bathroom into the floor plan in the basement as well. In the end, the customers were very pleased with the finished product.  It goes to show that even though SERVPRO has been the premiere company in mitigation, we also can provided excellent services in custom carpentry.
